新权威主义视野下的当代中国政治发展路径

Development Approach to Contemporary Chinese Politics under the Perspective of New Authoritarianism

20世纪80年代末在中国兴起的新权威主义思潮认为通过渐进、稳定和秩序来完善社会经济和改革政治体制,是最终实现民主与现代化的条件,对当前中国的政治发展和政治体制改革有着一定的借鉴意义。当前,根据中国的具体情况,我们应该加强顶层设计,坚持和完善党的领导,合理协调党政关系,在中国共产党的支持和领导下稳步推进政治民主,充分落实和完善人民代表大会制度,在实践中摸索出适合我国国情的政治体制改革路径。

New authoritarianism thoughts flourished at the end of the 1980's in China which hold that the social economy and reform of political system can be bettered by gradual and stable order and realized the ultimate democracy and conditions of modernism.This new authority theory has certain reference significance to the China's political development and political system reform. According to the specific situation of China,we should stick to and improve the party's leadership,the reasonable coordination of the relation between Party and government. Under the leadership the Communist Party of China,we steadily push forward the political democracy,perfect the system of people's Congress to find out the path suited to China's national conditions and in practice.
