With the accelerating trend of financial disintermediation,both huge challenge and new chance for development have been brought to the commercial banks. Under such background,this article makes analysis on the current financial disintermediation according to relevant data of national banks in recent years to do the research theoretically and practically. To help the commercial banks to cope with the financial disintermediation,the essay is intended to probe into the future development approach.
