黑龙江省公共文化服务体系建设的现状考察

目前,黑龙江省公共文化服务体系建设的成效主要表现为:文化惠民工程发展良好,文化活动蓬勃开展;公共文化服务体系示范项目成就初显。存在的问题主要表现为:公共文化服务供给主体失衡以及公共文化产品质量有待提高。因此,厘清黑龙江省公共文化服务体系建设的成效和存在的问题,找出症结所在,并加以有针对性地解决,才能保障公众文化权益的实现,促进我国文化事业的进一步发展。

The construction of public cultural service system in Heilongjiang province is a matter of local soft power to promote and has an important significance for the development of various social undertakings. We can make the achievement of the construction of the system of public cultural services clearly in Heilongjiang and find the problems. Then we will solve the problems to guarantee the rights and interests for the public culture,and promote the further development of cultural undertakings in our country. At present,the achievement of the construction of the system of public cultural services in Heilongjiang province mainly show as follows: on the one hand,projects culture for citizens are well- developed. Cultural activities are vigorous. On the other hand,researches on public cultural services are booming. But there are also problems. The public cultural device supplying is unbalanced,and its product quality needs to be improved.
