信息视角下的高校突发事件应对管理研究

Research on Emergency Coping in Universities under the Perspective of Information

突发事件应对管理已成为高校安全稳定工作的热点问题。本文介绍了高校突发事件应对管理的基本概念,分析了高校突发事件应对管理的意义,并以信息为核心要素,从基本概念、特性、采集、信息流等方面,阐述了信息与高校突发事件应对管理的紧密关系,力图转变高校突发事件应对管理观念,强化高校突发事件应对管理的信息意识和能力。

The emergency coping has been critical to security and stability of universities. In this paper,basic concept of the emergencies coping in universities is introduced,and significances of the management are analyzed. Taking information as core elements,close relationships between information and emergency coping in universities are set forth from different aspects: concept,characteristics,collection of information and information flow. It aims to change the ideology of emergency coping in universities and strengthen information consciousness and ability of the management.
