独立学院英语专业应用型人才培养,应结合当下市场需要,着力培养"高素质、强能力、重实践、宽口径、厚基础"的复合应用型人才。本文以市场需求为导向,研究英语专业"英语+专业方向"的人才培养模式,不断提高师资队伍的教学与科研水平,提高学生的英语水平,实现应用型人才培养目标。

The Cultivation of English majors in independent colleges should be combined with the present market needs and strive to cultivate the students to be compound applied talents with high quality,strong ability,practical skills,wide caliber and solid foundation. Guided by market demands,this paper studies'English Major with Professional Direction'talents training mode for English major,to enhance the teaching and researching level of the faculty team,and the ways to improve students' English ability,thus achieving the goal of talents training.
