毒品在世界范围内泛滥,其生产、加工、制造、走私以及贩运在规模上不断扩大,并呈现上升态势,像黑色的瘟疫一样,严重损害着人们的身心健康,造成了社会财富的巨大浪费,形成了消费至上和享乐至上的不良社会风尚。在全球化浪潮下,毒品问题已经成为一个带有全球性影响的问题。面对新型毒品来源多元化、新型毒品滥用多样化和制毒、贩毒、吸毒一体化的趋势,要消除新型毒品的危害,最重要的是在禁毒初期加强新型毒品犯罪预防。

Drugs spreads worldwide,and its production,processing,manufacturing,smuggling and trafficking expand increasingly. Like the black plague,drugs severely damage several tens of thousands of people's physical and mental health,causing huge waste of social wealth. Under the influence of globalization,the drug problem has global influence. Facing diversification of the new drug sources,and new-type drug abuse,as well as the integration of drug manufacturing and trafficking,in order to eliminate the harm of new drugs,the most important thing is to strengthen new drug crime prevention at the beginning of the drug prevention.
