试析20世纪初中日围绕“间岛朝鲜人”争夺的原因

The Reasons of China and Japan Contest the “Jiandao Koreans” in the Early 20th Century

"间岛朝鲜人"问题是影响中朝日三国关系的重要纽带。1910年朝鲜沦为日本的殖民地后,日本以"保护韩民"为借口蓄意制造出所谓的"间岛问题",并对"间岛朝鲜人"进行统治和控制。因此,中日两国围绕"间岛朝鲜人"问题展开了激烈的争夺。其中,中日争夺"间岛朝鲜人"管辖权的最根本的原因是"间岛"本身的战略地位十分险要,还包括日本因其既定的"大陆政策"及防范俄国的战略需要也十分重视"间岛",而"间岛朝鲜人"作为特殊的群体,对日本来说正是借口可以趁机扩大势力范围,中国则为维护国家领土主权与日本展开了争夺。我们要尊重历史,正视现实,坚持维护国家领土主权神圣而不可侵犯。

The problem of'Jiandao Koreans'was the important bond influencing the relations of China,North Korea and Japan.After the North Korea was colonized by the Japanese in 1910,the Japanese deliberately created the 'Jiandao problem'by fabricating an excuse for protecting Koreans,and control the 'Jiandao Koreans'. Therefore,China and Japan launched a fierce competition around the issue of 'Jiandao Koreans'. Among them,the most fundamental reason of China and Japan contest on the 'Jiandao Koreans'was the very important strategic position in 'Jiandao',it also included Japan attached great importance to'Jiandao'because of the established 'mainland policy'and the strategic needs to prevent Russia. However,as a special group,the'Jiandao Koreans'was an excuse to take the opportunity to expand its sphere of influence for Japan,the Chinese government launched the competition with Japan to safeguard national territorial sovereignty. We should respect history and face up to reality,uphold and safeguard the national sacred and inviolable territorial sovereignty.
