摘要
提出了一种餐厨垃圾自动提升系统设计方案。包括:垃圾提桶机构设计、翻转卸料机构设计以及整个系统动作实现的自动化。该系统设计简单、可靠性好、成本低廉。对减轻了工人的劳动强度和垃圾对人体健康的危害,具有较好的现实意义。
This paper presents a design of automatic lifting system on kitchen Garbage. It Mainly includes the design of lifting mechanism on trash、turn-over discharging mechanism design and Automation of the whole system realization movement. The design of the system is simple, good reliability and low cost. The system to reduce the harm of labor intensity and the garbage workers on the health of the human body,has the good practical significance.
