狼毒大戟根部中萜类物质的提取方法研究

Study on the terpenoids from dry roots of Euphorbia fischeriana

以狼毒大戟为原料,探讨不同提取方法对提取物中萜类物质含量的影响。实验表明,石油醚直接提取方法所得提取物中三萜类物质含量最高,乙醇提取石油醚萃取方法所得提取物种二萜类物质含量最高,并且干燥狼毒大戟提取物中二萜类物质含量较新鲜狼毒大戟萃取物中高。

Taken Euphorbiae fischeriana as a raw material and different solvents affecting the rate of terpenes extraction are discussed. Experiments showed that the petrodeum ether extract had high levels of triterpenes,but the petroleum ether fraction of alcohol extract had high levels of diterpenoids.
