摘要
脲包法是一种分离、提纯和富集混合物中直链脂类物质的有效方法,具有高效、安全、快速、低成本等特点。本文通过以油酸为目标分子,探讨脲包法富集长链脂肪族类成分的较佳工艺条件,并以猫眼草中含量较高的二十八烷醇为包合对象进行了验证,确定将提取物(质量)∶尿素(质量)∶甲醇(体积)=1∶3∶9作为猫眼草正己烷萃取物的包合条件。在该条件下可以有效地富集提取物中的非直链脂肪族物质,从而简化分离过程。
Urea Adduct Method is an effective way in the separation,purification and concentration of straight-chain lipids,with the advantages of efficient,safe,fast,low cost,etc.We discussed the best process conditions of urea package method in the enrichment of long chains fat of species composition,with the oleic acid as the target molecules in this paper, meanwhile the higher content in Euphorbia lunulata Bge octacosanol was used as urea calthrates to verify the above experiment, determine the factors of Euphorbia lunulata Bge n-hexane extract as the urea calthrate in the experiment, extract (weight)urea (weight):methanol (volume)=139. Under this condition we can effectively enrich the non linear aliphatic material in the extract, simplifing the separation process.
