质膜蛋白的提取一直是蛋白质组学的难点之一,传统的质膜蛋白提取方法操作复杂,且不易出结果,本实验通过对传统的蔗糖密度梯度法进行改良,成功提取了东亚砂藓质膜蛋白,该方法操作简便、快速高效,将为后续的东亚砂藓质膜蛋白的表达及蛋白质组学等研究奠定基础。

The extraction of plasma membrane protein has been one of the difficult points of proteomics, and traditional protein extraction method of plasma membrane was complex and is not easy to get the results. The study has been successful separated Racomitrium japonicum plasma membrane proteins by sucrose density gradient centrifugation. The method is simple,efficient that will lay a foundation for the future study of the Western blot and proteomics.
