摘要
以水作为主要发泡剂可以大大降低制备聚氨酯泡沫的成本,同时可以有效的保护环境,减少对大气层的破坏。讨论不同的水和硅油的用量对制备聚氨酯泡沫及其力学性能的影响。随着水加入量的增大,聚氨酯泡沫体密度和拉伸压缩性能都逐渐减小,同时吸水率却逐渐增大。硅油的用量使聚氨酯泡沫的密度和压缩性能都出现先增大后减小的现象,说明硅油用量存在一个最佳值,此时制备的聚氨酯泡沫具有较好的压缩性能。
In this paper, the effects of different water and silicone oil dosage on the preparation and mechanical properties of polyurethane foam are mainly discussed. As the water content increases, the density, the tensile and compression properties of the polyurethane foam decrease, and the water absorption rate increases gradually. The changes of the density and compression performance of polyurethane foam make first increase and then decrease with the silicone oil content. It is shown that there is a value of silicone oil content and the polyurethane foam prepared has better compression performance.
