摘要
基于对聚乳酸生产过程中产生的有机混合废物"氯仿+乙醇"体系的分离,开发了一种有机混合废物一体化回收利用技术。该工艺以精馏作为"氯仿+乙醇"体系的分离手段,将分离后的氯仿、乙醇直接回用聚乳酸生产工艺中,实现了废物的再利用。并研究、优化了温度、回流比、压力等工艺参数对精馏过程的影响。研究表明优化工艺参数:塔釜温度为66℃,回流比为3,塔顶压力为常压。在该参数条件下,精馏产品氯仿、乙醇的纯度均能满足回用的工艺要求,且能耗较低。
Based on the Separation of mixed organic wastes 'chloroform + ethanol' system which produced in the production of Poly-lactic Acid(PLA), developed a integration recovery technology about mixed organic wastes. Distillation is separation method of 'chloroform + ethanol' system in this technology, after the separation, chloroform and ethanol were directly back to PLA production process, so as to realized the reuse of waste. The effects of temperature, reflux ratio and pressure on distillation process were researched and optimized. Research showed: the column reactor temperature is 66℃; the reflux ratio is 3; the column top pressure is atmospheric pressure. Under these optimization of process parameters, not only the purity of chloroform and ethanol fulfilled the requests of recycle, but also the energy consumption of the system was lower.
