摘要 采用喷雾干燥法制备出了微球形的麦饭石颗粒,并对其性能进行了研究。将麦饭石原粉与定量去离子水混合制备浆料。用喷雾干燥法进行造粒。结果表明:喷雾干燥法制备出的麦饭石团聚颗粒为近似球形,具有凹陷空洞结构,粉体流动性好,粉体粒径分布较为集中。 The micrometer-sized ball Maifan stone particles was obtained by spray drying, and the performances have been studied. The Maifan stone raw powders were mixed with deionized water to make the slurry, then the granulated particles were prepared by spray drying. The results show that the Maifan stone particles prepared by spray drying appeared spherical shape containing cupped pits, and the particles have good fluidity, and the size distribution is concentrated.
