摘要
建立HPLC法同时测定中华苦荬菜中Ixerin D和chinensiolide B含量,并对不同采收期、部位中的这两种成分进行比较。在流动相为水-甲醇梯度洗脱(0→5 min,90﹕10;5→10 min,90﹕10→80﹕20,10→22 min,80﹕20;22→45 min,80﹕20→75﹕25;45→50 min,75﹕25→73﹕27),流速1.0 m L/min,检测波长210 nm条件下测定。平均加样回收率分别为101.5%,100.4%。采收的样品中,随着生长期延长,两者含量均呈现两个增长周期,都是先升高再降低后又升高又降低的趋势,其中6月末叶部的Ixerin D含量最高,chinensiolide B的含量以6月下旬在叶部最高。
To develop a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of the content of Ixerin D and chinensiolide B of the Ixeris chinensis, different collection period, parts of these two components were compared. The mobile phase was water- methanol gradient(0 →5 min, 90﹕10; 5 → 10 min, 90﹕10 → 80﹕20,10 → 22 min, 80﹕20; 22 → 45 min, 80﹕20 → 75﹕25; 45 → 50 min, 75﹕25 → 73﹕27), mobile phase flow rate 1.0 m L/min, detection wavelength 210 nm. the average recoveries were 101.5%, 100.4%. With the growth period prolonged, the Ixerin D and chinensiolide B content of the collecting samples present two growth cycle, namely increased at first and then decreased and again. In late June the content of Ixerin D in the root reached the highest, while chinensiolide B in the leaves.
