摘要
为了提高复合结构压电俘能器的发电能力,本文研究了谐振梁与压电主梁的连接方式对系统发电性能的影响。使用有限元法分别得到了常规的单梁结构、附加水平谐振梁和竖直谐振梁后的复合结构压电俘能器的输出功率-激励频率以及输出功率-外负载关系曲线,并进行了比较研究。结果表明,相比于单梁结构及附加水平谐振梁的复合结构,附加竖直谐振梁的复合结构压电俘能器不仅可以得到两个更接近的谐振频率,而且两个最优功率分别比单梁结构提高了5.45倍和2.88倍,宽频效果显著。
In order to improve the electricity generation capacity of the piezoelectric energy harvester(PEH) based on the coupled structure, this paper studied the effect of the connecting resonators on the electrical power generation characteristics of the piezoelectric beam.The power outputs versus the excitation frequencies and load resistance for three different PEHs, i.e., the conventional single beam, the single beams with an additional horizontal resonator and an additional vertical resonator, are analyzed by the finite element method respectively.The results show that as compared to the single beam and the single beam with an additional horizontal resonator, the single beam with an additional vertical resonator can achieve two resonance frequencies closer to each other and the two optimal power outputs are 5.58 times and 2 times larger than the piezoelectric single beam separately.The significant bandwidth improvement is achieved.
