摘要
铁路客运中,车辆运行的轨道平顺程度极其影响旅客乘行的舒适程度,需要对此进行深入分析。通过选定国内铁路轨道的线路等级,参考美国轨道不平顺谱密度函数,反演获得轨道不平顺谱的时域激励,并构建车体与轮对的自由度数学模型状态方程以进行简易计算。在车辆动力学仿真软件中搭建客车车体、转向架及二系悬挂系统并对其进行动力学仿真,获得其在选定激励及道路条件下的响应,通过数据后处理,监测其轮轨垂向和横向载荷,并进行脱轨危险性评价,由此肯定国内轨道与车辆的配型。
In the process of the railway passenger transport,track irregularity affect the comfort of the passengers in rows,so it need to be analyzed. Through choosing the line-level of railway track domestic,reference to american track irregularity spectrum density function, get track irregularity time-domain excitation spectrum, and construct freedom mathematical model of the equation of state of the body and the wheels for simple calculations. Through simulating the whole dynamic system, getting response in selected excitation, after the data processing, we can monitor vertical and lateral loads of the wheel-rail and carry out risk assessment of derailment, thereby affirm the match of rail and vehicles domestic.
