In recent years, structural analysis of glycoproteins has captured increasing attention as an approach of its prolonged research. Affinity chromatography is an important way on isolation and purification of proteins, which plays an indispensable role in target enrichment. In present article, use of affinity media with Con A the lectin in purification of glycoprotein is described.
