摘要
高校教师课堂教学效果评估是一项非常有意义的工作,它为高校识别自身教学水平、增强教学能力、提高教师教学水平起着重要作用。本文合理构建高校课堂教学效果评价体系,应用层次分析法(AHP)的思想,合理简化其步骤,方便快捷地计算评价对象的权重,并运用模糊综合评价法构建了评估模型。模型具有较高的分辨率,合乎客观实际。
The evaluation of classroom teaching effect of college teachers is a very meaningful work. It plays an important role in recognizing their own teaching level, enhancing the teaching ability and improving the teaching level of teachers.The evaluation system of the classroom teaching effect in colleges and universities has been established.The idea of analytic hierarchy process is applied to simplify the procedure, and the weight of evaluation object is convenient and quick to be calculated.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the evaluation model.The model has a high resolution and conforms to the objective reality.
