A New Aristotelian Rhetoric Criticism of the Graduation Thesis Pre-defense of Postgraduates

研究生毕业论文预答辩对于硕士进一步的论文修改完善、论文校外盲审和最后的毕业论文答辩具有非常重要的指导意义。本文旨在以浙江工商大学2015级硕士郑静霞的预答辩演讲为例,运用新亚里士多德主义批评理论从外在分析、内在分析和效果评估三个方面对其进行对比修辞研究,分析毕业论文答辩演讲的成功要素,以期给其他研究生的毕业论文答辩提出建设性意见。

The thesis pre-defense of postgraduates has a very important guiding significance for the further revision of the master’s thesis,the following off-campus blind review and the final graduation thesis defense. This paper intends to take the pre-answering speech of Zheng Jingxia, a post-graduate student of Zhejiang Gong Shang University, as an example, and to use the new Aristotelian criticism theory to conduct comparative rhetorical research from three aspects---external analysis, internal analysis and effect evaluation. The paper also aims to find out the success factors in the graduation thesis defense speech so as to provide constructive advice to the graduation thesis defense of other graduate students.
