摘要
独特的地理条件,悠久的历史文化,造就了一个兼收并蓄的大同群体。在人类学的视角下,通过对大同饮食文化的研究,重点以大同刀削面为例来论述当地饮食文化认同及其文化功能。
The unique geographical conditions, rich and long history and culture have created a Datong group of people of eclectic. From the perspective of anthropology, this paper studies the food culture of Datong, taking the sliced noodles as an example, emphatically discusses the cultural identity and cultural function of Datong food culture.
