摘要
本文以山东科技大学班主任制度实施为例,通过深度访谈和大样本的问卷调查,表明班主任制度实施,对新生专业思维树立、思想政治教育有正向影响,实施班主任制度,效果是显著的;从师生专业匹配度、完善导师考评机制和激励机制、注重规范班主任指导行为和沟通交流方式等三个方面指出班主任制度实施效果的影响因素;建议在班主任制度的管理体制、管理模式和运行机制日趋完善的基础上,应注重学生的主动参与意识,将学生这一主体放在工作的首位。
Taking the implementation of the system of class advisers in Shandong University of Science and Technology as an example,through in-depth interviews and large sample questionnaires, this paper shows that the system of class advisers implemented has a positive impact on the establishment of new students’ thinking and ideological and political education, and also the effect is remarkable.The influence factors of the effect of the class advisers system are pointed out from three aspects, such as the degree of professional matching between teachers and students, the improvement of the mechanism of the evaluation and the incentive mechanism of the tutors, the emphasis on the guiding behavior of the class advises and the way of communication and communication. It is suggested that on the basis of the improvement of the management system, management mode and operating mechanism of the class adviser system, we should pay attention to the students’ active participation consciousness and put the students at the top of the work.
