基于积极心理品质视角下对大学新生手机依赖行为的预测

Intervention of Freshmen's Mobile Phone Dependence from the Perspective of Positive Mental Characters

随着当今社会移动网络的不断普及和发展,手机依赖现象在大学校园中越来越常见,对学生造成的负面影响也日益突显。本研究旨在了解大学新生手机依赖和积极心理品质的现状,并考察是否有特定的积极心理品质能够更有效地预测大学新生手机依赖行为,为高校心理健康教育工作提供新的视角,切实增强教育实效性。研究结果表明:有42.7%的大学新生存在手机依赖现象,来自农村的大学新生手机依赖程度要显著高于城市新生。积极心理品质总体状况良好,其中智能与知识维度对手机依赖有显著的负向预测作用,创造力和客观评价自己这两个因子可以显著预测大学新生的手机依赖行为。

As the development of the mobile network in today’s society, the phenomenon of the mobile phone dependence was becoming more and more popular in the university, which had the obviously negative impact on the students. The research aimed at investigating the situation of the mobile phone dependence and positive mental characters among freshmen, and examined whether specific positive mental characters can predict the freshmen’s mobile phone dependence, which would effectively improve the mental health education of university. The results showed that 42.7% of freshmen proved to be mobile phone dependent, and the degree of mobile phone dependence of rural freshmen was significantly higher than that of urban freshmen. The overall situation of positive mental characters was pretty good, from which the dimension of intelligence and knowledge had significant negative prediction on mobile phone dependence, and the two factors of creativity and objective self-evaluation significantly predicted the freshmen’s mobile phone dependence.
