注射模浇口位置优化的设计空间确定方法

摘要 在注射模具的浇口位置优化中 ,给出确定可行设计空间的一种方法。在总注射速率一定的情况下 ,通过对给定浇口的注射速率进行优化 ,估计熔体在型腔中流动所受阻力及流长 ,确定了单浇口位置可行设计空间。 Based on the results of flow rate optimization, a method to determine the approximate feasible space for single gate was proposed. Numerical simulation of injection mold filling process is combined with the design optimization method to find the optimum injection rate for two given gates to achieve balanced flow. The objective function is expressed in terms of the maximum and minimum times of boundary filling. Design sensitivities are evaluated using the finite difference method and the optimization model is solved with SLP algorithm. The resistance for polymer melt advancing in the cavity can be determined according to the optimum injection rate and the approximate feasible space for single gate was determined accordingly. Numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effect of the proposed method.
