自由国际秩序'是在现实主义国际秩序基础上建立的具有自由主义特征的国际秩序。当前这一秩序正面临冷战结束以来前所未有的严峻挑战。中国并不接受所谓'自由国际秩序'的提法,但是支持现行国际秩序内具有自由主义特征的制度安排。维持国际秩序的总体稳定,同时确保中国继续有效融入这一秩序,是对我国战略机遇期的最有力保障。

'Liberal international order' is the international order marked by liberalism and constructed on the foundation of realist international order.Currently,this order is facing serious challenges which have never been seen since the end of the Cold War. China does not accept the term of 'liberal international order',but it supports the institutional arrangements with liberal characteristic within the current international order. Ensuring the overall stability of the order and its effective integration with of the order,is the best way to guarantee China’s period of strategic opportunity.
