Preparation of cefoperazone ointment

目的:介绍头孢哌酮眼膏剂的制备和质量控制。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定含量。结果:检测波长为298nm,线性范围为0.8～4.8μg·mL^(-1),该方法测得平均回收率为99.3％,RSD为0.32％。结论:该眼膏剂制备工艺可行,紫外分光光度法测定含量方法简便、快速、准确。

OBJECTIVE:To prepare and establish quality standards of cefoperazone ointment. METHODS: UV-spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of cefoperazone ointment. RESULTS: The absorbance at 298nm showed a linear relationship in range of 0. 8 ~ 4. 8ug mL-1, with mean recovery of 99. 3% , RSD of 0. 32%. CONCLUSIONS:The method is accurate, simple, rapid and can be used to determine the content of cefoperazone ointment.
