8字形缝合法腹腔镜阑尾切除术68例

Laparoscopic appendectomy with figure-of-eight suture:A report of 68 cases

目的 探讨腹腔镜 8字形缝合法阑尾切除术的临床应用价值。方法 2 0 0 1年 10月至 2 0 0 2年10月采用德国Wolf公司 2 5°广角腹腔镜及其配套设备与器械成功地为 6 8例急性阑尾炎病人实施这一手术。结果 手术均获成功 ,术后 2 4h胃肠功能均恢复 ,术后 2～ 6d出院 ,平均 3 6d ,无手术并发症发生。结论 腹腔镜 8字形缝合法阑尾切除术具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等微创外科的优点 ,且具有独特的优越性 。

Objective To study the feasibility of laparoscopic appendectomy with figure of eight suture.Methods From October 2001 to October 2002,we successfully performed this operation on 68 patients with acute appendicitis using 25° wide angle laparoscope and the equipemnt made by the Wolf company in Gemany.Results All operation were successful and all patients had their gestrointestinal fuctions recovered 24 hours after the operation and were discharged 2～6 days(mean 3.6 days) after the operation without any operative complications.Conclusion This operation could be considered as an alternative operation program with minial invasiveness and the advantages for appendicitis are worth popularizing clinically.
