东北地区汽车产业分工体系发展研究

Research on the Development of Automobile Industry Division System in Northeast China

汽车产业是典型的以专业化分工为特色的工业部门,分工演进提高了汽车产业的专业化水平和生产率,使汽车产业层级结构和分工网络的效用得以发挥。汽车产业是东北地区最重要的支柱产业和东北老工业基地的战略性产业,整车企业与零部件企业发展程度不相匹配、模块配套能力较弱、专业化水平较低等问题制约了东北地区汽车产业的发展。因此,东北地区应该积极构建和完善汽车分工体系,促进汽车产业技术研发水平的提高,培育良好的产业发展环境,不断增强东北汽车产业的创新力和竞争力。

The automobile industry is a typical industrial sector characterized by specialized division of labor.The evolution of labor division has improved the specialization level and productivity of the automobile industry, giving play to the effectiveness of the hierarchical structure and labor division network. Automobile industry is the most important pillar industry in northeast China, as well as an important strategic industry in the old industrial base there. The development of automobile industry in northeast China is restricted by such problems as the mismatching of development degree between automobile and parts enterprises, weak supporting capacity of modules and low level of specialization. Therefore, the system of automobile labor division should be actively constructed in northeast China. The level of automobile industry technology research and development should be improved. What’s more, a good industrial development environment should be cultivated. Therefore, the innovation and competitiveness of automobile industry can be constantly enhanced in northeast China.
