First principles of Instruction

本刊“海外”栏目在推介翻译国外远程教育专家、学者及其最新成果方面一直不遗余力,广受读者好评。最近根据读者的需求,本刊力邀浙江大学教育技术科学研究所所长盛群力教授策划、主持,从本期开始在“海外”栏目推出——“教育技术与教学设计国际新视野”系列,集束刊载国际知名学者的论文著述,着重评介教育技术与教学设计的新成果,传播代表性的先进学习与教学理念及其操作策略。 首批计划推出的专家为 Jeroen J.G.Van Merrienboer,教学技术学博士,荷兰开放大学教育技术研究中心教授; Marcy P.Driscoll,教育心理学博士,美国佛罗里达州立大学教育研究系主任、教授; M.David Merrill,博士,美国Utah州立大学教授、当代著名教学设计与技术理论家; Charles M.Reigeluth,教育心理学博士,美国印第安那大学教育学院教学系统技术系教授; David H.Jonassen,教育媒体和教育技术博士,美国密苏里-哥伦亚比亚信息科学和学习技术学院教授。 我们希望这一系列的推出,可以让读者了解更多具有国际水准的先进教学理念和学习理念,以及这些理念产生的人文背景和技术背景等,在注重现实的比较中把握各种先进理念的精神内核,在多种思想的碰撞中,催生出更多新知。 我们真诚欢迎广大读者积极参与,给出您的评价。请致函:zz@zjtvu.edu.

In order to identify prescriptive theories that are common to the various theories, the author reviews instructional design theories and concludes five principles of instruction. These includes:(a) learning is promoted when learners are engaged in so|ving real-world problems.(b) learning is promoted when existing knowledge is activated as a foundation for new knowledge.(c) learning is promoted when new knowledge is demonstrated to the learner.(d) learning is promoted when new knowledge is applied by the learner.(e) learning is promoted when new knowledge is integrated into the learner's world .
