利用锌浮渣制备磷酸锌的研究 被引量:2

摘要 试验研究了以锌浮渣为原料 ,采用硫酸浸出—过硫酸铵除锰—双氧水除铁—锌粉置换除铅、镉等杂质—磷酸二氢钠和氢氧化钠沉淀转化制备磷酸锌的工艺。试验结果表明 ,产物的各项指标达到企业标准。 Technique for preparation of zinc phosphate by zinc dross was studied in this paper.Experimental procedure including zinc dross leached by sulfuric acid,the manganese removal by ammonium persulphate,the iron removal by hydrogen peroxide,the lead and cadmium removal by zinc powder,preparation of zinc phosphate by adding Na 2HPO 4 and NaOH,and then filtration,washing and drying was researched.Experimental studies showed that the indexes of product were in accordance with HG.
