贵州喀斯特贫困山区(麻山)可持续发展研究——以长顺县板床村为例

A RESEARCH OF SUSTAINABLEL DEVELOPMENT ON THE POOR KARST MOUNTAIN AREA IN GUIZHOU PROVINCE——AN EXAMPLE OF BACHUANG VILLAGE, CHANGSHUN COUNTY

以麻山为代表的喀斯特贫困山区的自然生态环境和社会经济现状,分析可持续发展的条件和科学依据。并从罗甸大关和长顺交麻两个典型喀斯特山区的对比,看到生态恶化和石漠化的严峻形势,以及生态治理恢复的可能性。同时,选取具有代表性的长顺县板床村,作深入调查研究,探讨喀斯特贫困山区的生态建设和可持续发展的途径。

We made a thourough investigation on the natural ecological einvironment, social and economic situation in the poor karst mountain area, taking Mashan an example, analysed the condition and scientific foundation, which the sustainable developement is based on. We saw a harsh situation of ecological deterioration and pertrifaction, and made a contrast between Jiaoma (Changshun county) and Daguan (Luodian County). We found it possible to have an ecological control and regain its balance. Some (suggestions) have been made.Taking the representative area, Banma Village in Changshun County, for an example, we made a thourough investigation and study, trying to find a way for an ecological construction and sustainable developement, in poor karst mountain area.(1) Classifying the soil of Banchuang Village further and evaluating the use of its land, making a thorough investigation of the natural geographic environment, alaysing its geological background, karst landform evolution, hydrology, weather, soil, vegetation,etc.(2)Analysing the social, economic, cultural background and the development of rural economy and pointing out that the irrational industrial structure, insufficient investment in agriculture, large proportion of low-field farmland, frequent natural calamity, and backward in agricultrual ecology are the main problems of Banma Village.(3) Researching ecological, agricultural model of Banma Village, based on the above conditions. The following effective measures are presented:① close hillside to facilitate afforestation; ②return the cultivated land to grass and forest, develope quickly growing, adaptable, and economical forest;③build land with high stable yields; increase the content of agricultural technology; ④develop effective, economic husbandry, (develop both) breeding and planting; ⑤ solve the problems of life resources in practical and effective way; ⑥develop courtyard economy, etc. The aim expected: resume ecology; use soil resources in a contionous way; develop rural economy quickly and effectively.
