This paper clearly introduced the forming architecture and function of the managementsystem for certain land to air missile system.The system is based on Windows2 0 0 0 and designed by Delphi5 .0 ,a visible programming language.By being applied,the system turned outto be contributing to make the managementofthe missile system more scientific,systematic and in- tellectualized.
