摘要
小波图像编码是近几年发展起来的一种新兴的图像编码方法。本文结合小波变换的特点 ,对小波图像编码方案进行研究 ,并提出小波图像编码的新方案及实现方法。
Wavelet image coding is a new image coding method developed in recent decade and has been studied extensively. The schemes of wavelet image coding were studied to link with the characteristic of wavelettransformation,and pointout the new schemes of wavelet image coding and the realize way in this paper.
