介绍了江铜贵溪冶炼厂制氧车间首次引进的一台CF-50000/8型液氧贮槽,在投入运行初期,因满液而致使外壳冻裂事故,并详细分析了事故发生的原因、处理方案以及所采取的善后安全措施,以杜绝类似事故的发生。
This article introduces the frost crack accident of 50m^3 storage tank shell for liquid oxygen in Guixi Smelter for too mach liquid fulfilled when it is put into operation within early days, which is the first time to input liquid oxygen storage tank of CF-50000/8 type in oxygen workshop, analysis its reason caused this incident and measurable method and safety step to avoid the similarity matter happened.
