摘要
本文详细阐述了16000Nm3/h空分设备配套的德马格VK50型空压机的防喘振控制原理、特点、配置情况,着重阐明了CS3000控制程序的实现方法;并分析了独立空压机与空分系统的结合对防喘振系统的影响以及所采取的优化措施。
This article expatiated anti-serge control principle, characteristics and arrangement with model VK50 air compressor of DEMAG company for 16000Nm3/h oxygen plant. Emphasizing realization method of the CS3000 control procedure. In addition, the influence of anti-serge system is to combine the independent air compressor and the air separation unit are analyzed and that to adopt optimization measures.
