冶金型4万等级空分流程内外压比较及设备配置

摘要 文章针对目前冶金型4万等级空分装置普遍采用的流程组织形式即外压缩、自增压+外压缩、内压缩三种流程形式,从能耗、投资、设备运行等几个方面进行了比较分析,并介绍了当前主流空分装置设备配置情况,希望能对冶金行业用户,特别是新用户在流程形式及设备选型上有所参考和帮助。 Aiming at the three predominant process types widely used in metallurgical type 40,000-grade ASU: external compression(EC), selfboosting+ external compression and internal compression(IC), an analysis and comparison on aspects of energy consumption, investment and operation are made in this thesis; as well as some equipment configuration for mainstream ASU is also introduced. Therefore, this thesis could provide some reference and aids for clients of metallurgical industry, especially new clients during process and equipment type selection.
