超细丙纶高速纺丝油剂的研制及应用

Study of Finish Agent Preparation and Application to Superfine Polypropylene High-Speed Spinning

根据超细丙纶高速纺丝工艺和纤维的特点 ,从油剂单体结构与性能关系着手 ,进行了超细丙纶高速纺丝油剂单体性能和复配技术研究。研制出适用于超细丙纶高速纺丝油剂 ,应用性能良好。

Based on the characteristics of superfine polypropylene fibers and the processing parameters, the high speed spinning finish combining technology was investgated through the relationship between structure and properties of monomers. Applied to the high speed spinning and draw textured process, the result shows that the finish agent has excellent properties.
