纤维素纤维湿态强度的概念及影响因素研究

Researches on Wet State Tenacity and Influencing Factors of Cellulose

提出纤维动态湿强的概念 ,指出现有纤维湿强度概念和测试方法难以预测再生纤维素纤维在染整加工中的降强程度。再生纤维素纤维的湿态降强以染整加工最为严重 ,pH值是最敏感的影响因素。

The article introduces the conception of dynamic wet tenacity of fiber. It is pointed out that wet tenacity of fiber and test method used can hardly forecast the decrease of tenacity of regenerated cellulose fiber in dyeing and finishing process. The reduction of wet tenacity of regenerated cellulose fiber is most serious in process, and the pH value is the most sensitive factor.
