A New Approach to Yarn Fault Detection Based on Multi-sensor

分析各种基于单一传感器的纱疵检测技术及其不足 ,阐述了引入多传感器技术的必要性和可行性 ,并给出瑞士ZellwegerUster公司和LoepfeBrothers公司的应用实例。提出一种电容传感器和图像传感器联合检测纱疵的新方案 ,可实现对“异性纱疵”的可靠检测。

On the discussion of the necessity and feasibility of applying the multi\|sensor technology to yarn fault detection,application examples of ZELLWEGER USTER and LOEPFE BROTHERS are given here.Furthermore,a new scheme for detecting yarn fault by using a capacitive sensor and an image sensor is proposed,which can be used to detect foreign matter faults.
