五味消毒饮治疗慢性阻塞性腮腺炎的疗效观察

Observation on effect of wu wei xiao du yin on chronic obstructive parotitis

目的 评价五味消毒饮治疗慢性阻塞性腮腺炎的临床疗效。方法 随机选择 2 5例慢性阻塞性腮腺炎进行五味消毒饮内服配合腮腺导管冲洗治疗 ,另设 2 3例作为对照组 ,应用抗生素治疗配合导管冲洗。随访 3年 ,通过临床症状和体征检查对两组疗效进行评价。结果 治疗组疗效优良率为 84% ,对照组为 47.83 % ,治疗组疗效优良率明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 五味消毒饮治疗慢性阻塞性腮腺炎疗效好 。

Objective To evalute the effect of wu wei xiao du yin on chronic obstructive parotitis. Method 48 patients with chronic obstructive parotitis underwent at random combined therapy which included oral medication of wu wei xiao du yin jia jian plus parotid washing (observation group , n=25) and routine therapy which composed of antibiotic medication and parotid washing (control group, n=23). After 3 years of followup, the curative effectiveness of two groups were evaluated according to clinical symptoms and signs.Result In observation group , patients with superior curative effect amounted to 84%; in cotrol group, 47.83%. X 2=7.054. p < 0.01 .Outcomes between two groups had significant difference,the proportion of patients with superior results in observation group was significantly higher than in control group.Conclusion With superior effectiveness and fewer sideeffect , the wu wei xiao du yin is a effective herb for the treatment of chronic obstructive parotitis.
