以口腔损害为首发表现的肺结核误诊防范

Tuberculosis Initially Diagnosed by Oral Manifestation

目的 分析以口腔损害为首发表现的肺结核的临床特点 ,提高对首发于肺外表现的肺结核的认识。方法 分析我院 1987～ 2 0 0 0年 93 70例肺结核病历资料 ,整理出以口腔损害为首发症状的肺结核 2 3例 ,占0 .2 45 %。结果 2 3例患者的口腔病损临床分型 :口腔黏膜结核性溃疡 16例 ,黏膜斑块 3例 ,结核性牙龈炎 3例 ,结核性牙周炎 1例。结论 肺结核首发于口腔损害的症状多样 ,以结核性溃疡为主 ,活体组织检查为诊断肺结核的必要手段 。

Objective To research the tuberculosis initially diagnosed by oral menifestations.Method In case of tuberculosis patients treated in our hospital from 1987 to 2000. 23 cases initially diagnosed by oral manifestations.Result There are 16 cases of tuberculous ulcer, 3 cases of patches-stria, 3 cases of tuberculous gingivitis and 1 case of tuberculous periodentitis in 23 cases.Conclusion The tuberculous ulcer is the major manifestation. Tissue biopsy is a good diagnostic parameter.
