补骨脂药材指纹图谱分析方法研究

Study on Psoralea corylifolia and its origins by HPLC-FPS analysis

目的 对 13个不同产地的补骨脂药材进行指纹图谱比较研究。方法 以四川补骨脂药材为分析对象 ,选择最佳条件 ,建立了 13个产地补骨脂药材样品的指纹图谱。结果 方法学考察表明 ,本研究建立的分析方法有较好的重现性 ;不同产地补骨脂药材共有峰面积的比值有一定的差异。结论 HPLC指纹图谱分析法可简便快速地用于补骨脂药材的质量评价。

OBJECTIVE: To study comparatively the HPLC-FPS of different Psoralea corylifolia L. from different origins. METHODS: HPLC fingerprint analysis method of Psoralea corylifolia L. from Sichuan was studied, and the HPLC-FPS of 13 samples were established. RESULTS: The results showed that this method had a good repeatability, and the ratio of common peaks' area of different samples were different. CONCLUSION: The method developed can evaluate the quality of Psoralea corylifolia L. conveniently.
