灰树花发酵液及其胞内纯化物的降血脂作用

Study on the hypolipidemic effects of ferment liquid of Grifola frondosa and its intracellular polysaccharide purified in mice

目的 检测药用真菌灰树花发酵液及胞内多糖纯化物降血脂作用。方法 建立小鼠高血脂动物模型 ,并灌胃给药灰树花发酵液GFL和胞内多糖纯化物GIP。结果 药理实验表明 ,灰树花发酵液GFL在 16 0 ,80mg·kg-1的剂量下 ,胞内多糖纯化物GIP在 4 0 ,2 0 ,10mg·kg-1的剂量下 ,具有较显著的调节血脂作用。结论 灰树花发酵液及胞内多糖纯化物在一定的剂量下 ,具有降血脂作用。

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the hypolipidemic effects of ferment liquid (GFL) and intracellular polysaccharide purified (GIP) of Grifola frondosa. METHODS: A hypolipidemic model in mice was developed. Then ferment liquid of Grifola frondosa (GFL) and its intracellular polysaccharide purified were administered (ig). RESULTS: GFL showed the notable regulating effect on blood lipidemic profile at the dose of 160 and 80 mg&middotkg-1 respectively. GIP showed the same positive effect respectively at the dose of 40,20 and 10 mg&middotkg-1. CONCLUSION: Within the range of studied doses, the ferment liquid of GFL and its extracellular polysaccharide purified showed notable hypolipidemic effects.
