企业年金基金实行市场化的投资运作是世界各国通常的作法,也是我国企业年金制度发展的必然选择。但对企业年金基金投资运营的管理各国却各不相同。本文先分析了我国企业年金制度的发展现状和年金基金的特点,比较了各国企业年金投资管理的作法,然后在此基础上对我国企业年金基金的投资运营管理进行了深入的探讨。

It is a common way in the worldwide for the occupational pension fund to be carried on the marketization of investment and operation, which will be an inevitable choice for Chinese occupational pension fund. But the management of occupational pension fund varies in different countries. This paper discusses the present status of Chinese system in occupational pension fund, compares the various ways to manage the occupational pension fund in different countries. It also probes into the management of occupational pension fund investment and operation in China.
