The Evolution Mechanism and Construction Strategy of Local Government’s Credibility in Virtual Society: Based on the Background Analysis of Communication through We Media

在微传播时代的虚拟社会中,地方政府公信力呈现出日益可塑性、公共性、非对称性等特质。现实中在政群沟通、信息互动、社会管理上的有限正向作用,与形式主义、公民权利缺位、社会失范上的负能量之间的矛盾,正不断消解本已脆弱的政府公信力。依托信息的线性传递、动态抗衡、供需关系的内生流变逻辑,多元主体通过互动、互通、互助的形式决定政府公信力的产生、水平与质量。在未来的策略选择中,需要打通共通空间、压缩谣言生存空间、进行双重约束等进路,通过共情、共担、共治重建地方政府公信力。

In the virtual society of We Media era,the credibility of local governments presents characteristics such as increasing flexibility,publicity and asymmetry.In reality,the contradiction between the finite positive role in political communication,information interaction and social management,and the negative effect of formalism,lack of civil rights and social anomie is constantly dissolving the already fragile government credibility.Relying on the linear transfer of information,dynamic counterbalance,and endogenous evolution of supply and demand,multi-subjects determine the generation,level and quality of government credibility through interaction,interoperation and mutual assistance.In terms of strategies in the future,it is necessary to open up common space,eliminate speech noise,weaken the living space of rumors,change market orientation,and carry out double restraint,etc.,thus rebuilding the credibility of local governments through empathy,sharing and collaboration.
