“一带一路”沿线贸易便利化水平的测度及其影响因素——以22个沿线国家为研究样本

我国提出的"一带一路"倡议是加强世界贸易往来、互联互通,推进经济合作的重要举措。本文构建了贸易便利化衡量的指标体系,选取22个沿线国家为样本并运用主成分分析法测算了其贸易便利化水平及其变化趋势,结果表明:各研究对象国贸易便利化水平存在较大差异,贸易便利化水平仍存在一定的提升空间;与越南、菲律宾、泰国、印度尼西亚等东盟发展中国家相比,中国的贸易便利化水平较高,但是与新加坡、以色列等发达国家相比,处于偏低水平,说明中国需要进一步提升贸易便利化水平。最后,进一步剖析了贸易便利化水平的影响因素,并提出针对性的对策建议。

The Belt and Road Initiative is an important measure to enhance trade, interconnection and economic cooperation. This paper sets up an index system for measuring trade facilitation, and applies principal component analysis to calculate the level of trade facilitation and the trend of change in main 22 countries along the Belt and Road route. The results show that there is a big difference in the level of trade facilitation among the countries investigated, and there is still room for improvement in the level of trade facilitation. Compared with other ASEAN developing countries such as Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia, China has a higher level of trade facilitation, but is lower than that of developed countries such as Singapore and Israel, indicating that China needs to further enhance the level of trade facilitation. Finally, the paper further analyzes the factors affecting the level of trade facilitation, and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
