Deepening Supply-side Structural Reform and Promoting High-quality Economic Development

2015年以来,供给侧结构性改革取得重大进展,对调整经济结构、实现供需动态平衡发挥了治本作用。当前,外部环境发生明显变化、国内经济下行压力增大,面临的矛盾和挑战增多,必须抓住主要矛盾,在稳定总需求的情况下,坚持以供给侧结构性改革为主线不动摇。与此同时,要针对经济运行的新变化和背后的结构性问题,更多采取改革的办法,打造供给侧结构性改革升级版,为推动经济高质量发展创造条件。

Since 2015,significant progress has been made in the supply-side structural reform,w hich has played a fundamental role in adjusting the economic structure and realizing the dynamic balance betw een supply and demand. At present,the external environment has changed significantly,the dow nw ard pressure of the domestic economy has increased,and contradictions and challenges are increasing. We must seize the main contradictions and firmly stick to the supply-side structural reform as the main line under the condition of stabilizing the aggregate demand. At the same time,in view of new changes in economic operation and underlying structural problems,w e should adopt more reform measures to create an upgraded version of the supply-side structural reform so as to create conditions for promoting high-quality economic development.
