摘要
介绍了预焙电解槽的阳极浇注工艺 ,通过数据测试与分析表明 ,磷生铁成分对阳极的铝炭压降影响很大 ,尤其是硫元素的含量 ,对阳极铝炭压降的影响至关重要。本文通过实践与探索 ,找出了改善阳极磷生铁的成分、降低铝炭压降的方法 。
This paper introduced the anode casting technology of prebaked cell. On the basis of analysing the data, the phosphrated pig iron to Al&C voltage drop of the anode had great influnce, especially S content. It was very impotant to influence Al&C voltage drop. This paper based on practice and exploration, find out improving the composition of pig iron anode and lower Al&C voltage drop. Good results were gained.
