提高优结板探伤合格率的技术开发

摘要 通过采取出钢加铝造渣剂、控制浇铸过热度不大于 30℃、根据浇铸断面选择合适的拉速及恒速操作、加大电磁搅拌的电流、定期测量并调整铸机开口度、调整二冷喷嘴状态和提高厚板轧机轧制力等措施 ,显著提高了优结板探伤合格率。 The detection pass percent of high quality structure plates is remarkably improved by adopting the measurements such as: adding Al-containing flux while tapping, controlling overheat degree of liquid steel to be ≤30℃ while casting, selecting suitable drawing speed based on casting section and operating at a constant speed, enlarging electric current of electromagnetic mixing, periodically measuring and adjusting tap of continuous caster, adjusting the secondary cooling nozzle status and increasing rolling force of heavy plate mill, etc..
