非线性社会系统决策方法论本质的再思考

Thinking Over the Natures of the Decision Methodology for Nonlinear Social Systems

社会系统是典型的非线性开放系统,但目前普遍采用的针对社会系统问题的决策方法并未很好地体现出非线性开放系统的决策特点。文章认为,适用于非线性社会系统的决策方法应有这样几个本质要求:第一是要正确确定决策的时空角度;第二是要进行全面的多维决策思考;第三是要正确认识系统发展过程中随机性与确定性的关系,作开放性的决策。

Social system is one kind of typical nonlinear System, But now widelv emploied decision methods for social system problems do not well reflect the decision natures of nonlinear open systems. The appropriate decision methods for nonlinear social systems, we think, should fulfil the following essential requirements: The first is to decide correctly the time and space angles of the decision; the second is to conduct the multi-dimension decision thinking? the third is to realize rightly the relationship between the certainty and the accidenlity in the process of system development, and to make open decision for the system^
